Seth joined the staff of Delaware Youth for Christ in 1999, and has been the Executive Director since 2003. Seth did his undergraduate work in business at Delaware State University, and in 1999, completed his Master of Business Administration at the University of Delaware. In 2006, he became an ordained Baptist minister.

Seth and his wife Danielle have been married since February 2004, live in Townsend, DE and attend Townsend Free Will Baptist Churh.
