Justine has been with Youth for Christ since 1973, when she joined the staff of Youth for Christ Liberia. She has been with Delaware YFC since 1991, working with young people, volunteers and mentors.

Justine holds a B.A. in Bible and Pastoral Studies with a minor in Christian Education from North Central Bible College.

Justine lives with her husband Ralph in Newport, and they attend Mt. Zion UAME Church in Newark. They have two daugthers, and in November of 2006, became grandparents.
