Don has been on staff with YFC since 2001, and has been the Director of the Middletown Center since 2002. He and his wife Eleanor celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary in July of 2007, and they live in New Castle with their three daughters, Kristin, Joy and Mary.

Don is an ordained minster, and is the Pastor of Renewed Hope Fellowship Church in Newark, DE
